CS Consulting is a consulting company that manages more than 8,000 clients. The sales team has nearly 1,000 employees based in 30 cities.
Each year, CS organizes 200 conferences and sales training to develop teams.
About the project
How to effectively manage these conferences? How to monitor commercial performance and customer satisfaction rate all year round?
The project aims to increase attendance at these sales conferences, increase sales and track the conversion rate.

As with all digitalization processes, it is about creating a new interface and a new use. The UI/UX team therefore proposed designs based on the habits of the CS Consulting teams. Focus group sessions were organized to help select the final design.
Integration of the vision developed during the design phase by following 2-week development SPRINTs, accompanied by customer demonstrations and recipes with the coordinator, thus guaranteeing an optimal result. The total duration of the project was 3 months.

A shared and simplified calendar
No more loss of information. All important dates and information about conferences and sales training are available at a glance.
Registration is also made easier for participants and organizers. They can also receive feedback after each event using the platform.
Evaluation & reporting
Commercial performance and customer relations were an important criterion of the project. The application allows you to continuously rate participants, and therefore target salespeople who need specific training.
In the other direction, it allows salespeople to evaluate the quality of the training given to them, with a view to continuous improvement.
