Zetos has designed an e-learning platform that is both flexible and accessible. It facilitates the training of all stakeholders (trainers, salespeople, distributors, etc.).

We also designed a system of games, rewards and certificates to motivate our distributor to participate in the online learning platform.

Thanks to the analysis of commercial processes and Goodyear product ranges, the design was designed to facilitate learning.

Trainers easily organize their sessions, and participants easily access materials, training tracking and potential rewards.

Integration of the vision developed during the design phase by following weekly development cycles, accompanied by customer demonstrations and recipes with the coordinator, thus guaranteeing an optimal result. The total duration of the project was 9 months.

Streaming training
Time is money ! As a result, the training is face-to-face and remote. But they are also accessible in replay.

The training schedule is also easily accessible to register when you are available and depending on the remaining places.
Certificats et récompenses
Gamification is still proving its worth. Certificates validate that training has been successfully completed and validated. They can now be requested as part of internal processes.

Rewards help boost participation when certain training courses lack participants or are below the standards desired by the company.
